How do I start?

Open Zapyso and listen to the sample meeting to see what you get. Then tap Download: Zapyso downloads about 4.2 GB of models once, best over Wi‑Fi. You can record right away; the text appears when the models are ready.

Which iPhones are supported?

Any iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Summaries need 8 GB of memory, which means iPhone 15 Pro and newer. Other iPhones get the full text and translation.

Which languages work?

Summaries are written in Ukrainian or English, in the language of the conversation. You can choose the language in Settings → Summary language. Speech recognition understands 25 European languages.

Can I lock the screen while recording?

Yes. Recording continues with the screen locked, and the text is prepared during the meeting, so after it ends only the last minutes are left to process.

Can I add a recording I already have?

Yes. Tap Import on the Meetings screen and choose an audio file.

How much space does it take?

The models take about 4.2 GB. An hour of recording takes about 115 MB. You can delete the audio of a meeting from its menu and keep the text and summary.

Is my data private?

Yes. Recordings, text and summaries stay on your iPhone. Zapyso has no account, analytics or advertising. Read the Privacy Policy.

A summary got something wrong

Summaries are created automatically and can make mistakes. Tap the time next to a point to hear that moment, and touch and hold a line in the Text tab to edit it.

Відкрийте Zapyso й прослухайте приклад зустрічі, щоб побачити результат. Потім натисніть «Завантажити»: Zapyso один раз завантажить близько 4,2 ГБ моделей, краще через Wi‑Fi. Записувати можна одразу, а текст з’явиться, щойно моделі будуть готові.

Які iPhone підтримуються?

Будь-який iPhone з iOS 18 або новішою. Для підсумків потрібно 8 ГБ пам’яті: iPhone 15 Pro і новіші. На інших iPhone доступні повний текст і переклад.

Які мови підтримуються?

Підсумки пишуться українською або англійською, мовою розмови. Мову можна обрати в «Налаштування → Мова підсумків». Розпізнавання мовлення розуміє 25 європейських мов.

Чи можна заблокувати екран під час запису?

Так. Запис триває із заблокованим екраном, а текст готується вже під час зустрічі, тож після неї лишається обробити тільки останні хвилини.

Чи можна додати запис, який уже є?

Так. Натисніть «Імпорт» на екрані «Зустрічі» й оберіть аудіофайл.

Скільки місця це займає?

Моделі займають близько 4,2 ГБ. Година запису — близько 115 МБ. Аудіо окремої зустрічі можна видалити в її меню, а текст і підсумок залишаться.

Чи мої дані приватні?

Так. Записи, текст і підсумки залишаються на вашому iPhone. У Zapyso немає акаунта, аналітики чи реклами. Читайте політику конфіденційності.

Підсумки створюються автоматично й можуть помилятися. Торкніться часу біля пункту, щоб почути цей момент, а у вкладці «Текст» утримуйте фрагмент, щоб виправити.
